Driveway/Patio Pressure and Soft Washing
Patios and driveways will eventually get dirty and may suffer other problems such as unwanted weed, lichen & moss growth. These unwanted organic growths can not only look terrible but can cause the surface to become slippery creating an unwanted hazard. Pressure washing is efficient at cleaning hard surfaces but will not always remove 100% of weeds and lichen. Soft washing with appropriate chemicals can then remove the remainder leaving a clean aesthetically pleasing surface to enhance the kerb appeal of the property. Soft washing can also be used to drastically reduce problem areas such as oil stains.
As part of our hard surface cleaning services we also offer a Clean & Maintain service. This consists of pressure washing followed by a soft wash with a residual cleaning product. This soft wash is then repeated at 12-24 month intervals at low cost to keep the paving in a clean well maintained condition.

Gutter Clearance
Over time, gutters will fill with detritus, leaves and other organic matter restricting the water flow and risking water ingress into the property. To clean out the gutters we use GVS Predator Gutter Vac. With it’s 3,600w and 10,750LPM suction power, with the use of carbon fibre poles we can clear out gutters upto 40ft from the ground safely and efficiently.

Gutter, Fascia and Soffits Cleaning
Dirt, mould, & even road film will build up on these parts of your property and can look unsightly especially if these areas are painted white and/or are uPVC. As part of our Gutter clearance service we can offer a soft wash of these areas.
