Yes, if they are 2 separate items of work, for example a gutter clearance and a gutter, soffit and fascia clean we will give a 10% discount on the total payable.

Our general method is pressure washing which will remove 90%+ of dirt, algae, mould etc. without the use of chemicals. However, if for instance the driveway contains Lichens such as Black Spot this won’t be removed entirely so we then soft wash using a minimal amount of  appropriate biocide to remove the remaining lichen. Soft washing can also give residual protection against regrowth of organic vegetation. After washing and when the driveway is dry we will then brush dried sand into the paver joints to replace any lost sand due to the pressure washing process. This is very important to maintain the integrity of the driveway and the interlocking blocks to prevent movement when vehicles drive over.

Many insurance companies recommend gutters to be cleared every 6-12 months. However if you don’t live near trees and moss does not grow on your roof then this interval could probably be stretched out a bit longer.
